  We have used a Better Edge for several projects, spanning a few years. We started with concrete edging on one side of our yard and that has expanded to edging on all sides of our yard and around our beds. Chad has always been responsive and communicative. This year we got (3) bids to install a very long concrete walkway in our backyard. Chad had some great ideas. They were not the cheapest bid that we got, but we felt comfortable that we would get a quality project and that was of value to us. The project was completed in (2) stages, with acid staining and sealing completed after the walk cured. I did find that I needed to be a bit more communicative for this project and I think their business has grown and Chad has gotten busier. The walk is gorgeous and they responded to every question we had along the way. A few years ago, we were having an issue with rabbits digging under our hot tub room. Chad installed edging around this area and this was a complicated problem that was 100% resolved. A Better Edge has also sealed our edging and decorative walkways and their work is top notch. I consider myself to be a picky customer and have high expectations for subcontracted work. We have worked with several subcontractors on various projects and consider Chad and A Better Edge to be at the top of our list. Thanks for another great project! Hmmmmm.......I wonder what might be next?
