  Have known and trained off/on with Jeff Crenshaw for a long time. He's a genuine, highly gifted martial arts instructor.
  
  He has tailored the curriculum for adults and has a separate one for kids so both work.
  
  If you have an excuse to not train here, it can be overcome. There's nothing should keep you from training to improve your fitness and self confidence.

  Sifu Crenshaw has a excellent knowledge of Kung Fu and other systems and has some innovative ways of teaching those principles. He works many concepts into his teaching and gives students a chance to learn and use those through forms and sparring.
  His children's classes have fun and do lots of cool methods of using the ideas learned. Whether you have studied martial arts or are a beginner there is much to learn and take out with you into the world!
  I’d recommend it to those who want to learn martial arts but don’t need the attitude and want a more inclusive of many principles system to learn.
