  I didnt even know who I called! The lady that answers the phone is rude. All she said was "yes" to all my questions as of I was an inconvenience or rather stupid. My appt window was 11 to 1pm. At 1245 I had to call to see what happened. I asked her if she was going to call me and let me know and of course "yes". At 120pm i called her back figuring she would of " found the tech" by than. A guy answered and said she was yelling at him right now. Hes 2 jobs behind. I had an appt at 315pm i explained. He said sorry ill have the tech call you and hung up! At this point I am shocked and a little upset i held off my whole day for them.The tech shows up at my house at 235pm! Than makes it seem like its my fault hes behind bc " he called me 145pm"which i didn't answer but got the voicemail from him saying he was" really behind and had no idea when he would make it" HA!! Between the time I had no idea what was going on I went ahead and scheduled an appt with "Auto glass repair and replacement" great service! Texted me and called me and informed i would have to wait about hour to drive after which this company did not explain to me at all. So i was able to schedule my day accordingly with them. Anyway "A broken windshield" is a joke! Unprofessional and impolite is the least to say. Glad i chose another route!
