  I needed an axel boot repaired. It took them two days and when I picked up my car, it sounded like metal on metal and it shook when I drove it. Returned it to Firestone three more days and still not better. Had to take it to the dealership who said they installed the wrong part which caused damage. Then tried to get my money back and the process was ridiculous before they declined to refund any money. The manager at the store was also very disrespectful. When I told my neighbors they all said they have had problems with this Firestone. I will NEVER bring my car to a Firestone again. Worst experience ever.
