  There wasn't anything wrong with the staff. If anything, they went above and beyond to make you feel welcomed.
  The rooms on the other hand were like faced shelves at a hicked out Walmart. You pull the product and there's nothing behind it.
  The beds were like springboards, the pillows felt like air pockets and gave me a massive migraine, leaving both me and my wife tossing and turning throughout the night. Even Cortez, CO had better beds and pillows, and they're out in the middle of nowhereland.
  The food was alright, but we did catch it about 45 minutes before it closed for breakfast.
  All in all, its located in a nice area. The beds and pillows just really killed it though. Oh, the conference room...that was pretty sad. We took a peek in to see what they could deliver and it wasn't good. Looked like a home decorator from the early 90s came in and went beigetastic on the interior.
  For being in Colorado Springs...I couldn't recommend this one. Sorry.
  On a brighter note, they do take the time to sit with all the staff and discuss reviews and whatnot. Maybe this one will reach and help a bit.
