  Super prompt and to the point service. The team there really know their stuff and are real and down to earth. I really feel the trust and experience whenever i stop in. Unlike other tmobile stores, they aren't always jam packed with people... which is sooooo annoying having to wait a half hour just to be seen!!! So awesome that they are open until 9. Thanks guys!!!

  DO NOT GO THERE. The worst customer service ever. All employees were just standing talking to each other, and would not help the customer. And when someone finally helped us, they gave the wrong information. They did not know the how long the promotion lasted, did not know if they have the phones in stock, and I just can keep going. AVOID THIS PLACE
