  I cannot say enough good things about this company. They are the best. I strongly recommend them to military members if you own property in the Colorado Springs area but happen to live out of town due to PCS orders.
  
  First, I have been doing business with them since I purchased my home in CS area in 2010. I was a new homeowner and did not know the first thing about HVAC. I recall that I a rep at that time worked with me and my husband to help us address the air quality in our home. It was extremely dry during the winter months and he helped us to understand humidifiers and came out to work with us to get one installed. When the installer came to my home he was clean and took his time to install the humidifier and be sure we understood the maintenance of the unit. We were so happy with the overall experience that we just continued working with Absolute Comfort.
  
  About three years ago, I moved a away from the home and started renting my property. I have had them out each year to service my furnace (Mairin even offered to send me reminders because I would forget to schedule service), they have repaired my air humidifier, and accessed issues with my air conditioner. Every single tech that has come to my home has been helpful, organized, CLEAN, and worked quickly to address my concerns or complete the service. Being far from the house it really put my mind at ease to know that I did not have to worry about the service my renters were getting when I sent out Absolute Comfort.
  
  On Monday mid-morning my renter called me and let me know that the furnace had stopped working. She called Absolute Comfort and they sent out a tech within hours. The tech called me to discuss and let me know that they would have to order a part but that they could be back out today, Tuesday, to repair. I just got a message from my renter. The tech was out and repaired the furnace and thank goodness there was nothing else wrong with the furnace and that they have HEAT!! Thank goodness.
  
  I feel that Absolute Comfort has really done their part and have gone above and beyond to take care of me as a customer and takes care in working with my situation. I will not do business with anyone else in Colorado Springs even if the prices are less. Thank you to the Absolute Comfort team. I would give you all hugs because it really is important that I keep my renters happy and comfortable. Being able to know that your service is not only quick but you all provide top-notch service really means the world to me. I could not be happier. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!
