  Was very impressed with the Dr. Wagner and the staff. I will be moving my entire family over to the office.
  
  Update- I loved the dentist, still hope to make it work. HOWEVER- I have work that needs to be done and I still have yet to get any information re: the cost with my insurance coverage. I provided my insurance up front, when I first took my son for a orthodontist evaluation, and again when I made my appointment, again after my appointment in order to get a cost estimation (which I found out they didn't have my insurance information in the system so they promised they would get back to me by phone since it was after hours)... I didn't hear back from them, so called them again over a week later- Again- they didn't have my insurance information in the computer so I provided it AGAIN over the phone. I still didn't hear back from them within two weeks from that point, so I contacted them via FB about my less than pleasant experience- and... again- no one responded. I have now received a bill for my initial cleaning and they have still not ran it through insurance. I feel like I have fought hard to be a client of theirs, and they just don't seem to care and aren't interested in keeping clients. So for the dentists and hygienists I give a 5 star because I loved all of them, but for their office personnel I would give a 0 start. I am fed up with trying to be their customer. It is ridiculous.

  Can’t say enough positive things about All Smiles Dental Group! After a scheduling mixup, they rearranged some things to squeeze both of my kids in. I also have one child (almost 3) who was really struggling and not wanting to be there after having some (unrelated) upsetting tests and medical appointments a few months ago. The staff went above and beyond, spending a lot of extra time with him to make him comfortable with being there and getting an exam and cleaning. My oldest, who is 5, looks forward to going to the dentist for months because it has been such a positive experience. Highly recommend!
