    My daughter is a patient of Dr.Harrison who has merged with Archdale Eyecare. Dr.Harrison's staff at his prior location was very warm and friendly, this new staff isn't so friendly. My daughter is bling in her left eye and her frame broke on her glasses so I went to Archdale to see if they could be fixed. The older lady with short white hair was adamant on telling me over and over and over again that they were not under warranty come to find out they were. She called me later that day to inform me that they were on back order but she had someone looking for a frame that would work for the time being and she would get back with me...2 weeks later still haven't heard from them so I decided to call, same unfriendly lady tells me that she already told me they were on back order, I reminded her that she told me that she had someone trying to find a frame that work for the time being and her response, well we don't have any frames that will work...Imagine my surprise, you work for an eye doctor with many frames for glasses and not one would fit my daughters lens...you live and learn I guess..back to Eagle Eyes we go!
