  I went to get highlights for a wedding and was humiliated with the outcome! Was very streaky and looked as if roots were already showing, so bad that I had to go elsewhere for fixing. The worst part is that I paid for their highest stylest and not only did she fry my hair but also chopped more than I asked most likely to cover how much she fried my ends. I went back a few months later to just get a single process and the woman stronly insisted I do highlights for the look I wanted.. MISTAKE. I am way lighter than I wanted and again have dark roots showing about a half inch out and again.. FRIED HAIR.. Like, come on ladies? Is this what you call a professional hair salon? Overall the atmosphere is very elegant and ladies are super friendly but terrible work for what you pay for.
