  If i could rate this company without stars. They are thieves -Plain and simple . They offer a $20 deposit and the chance to look at a property. Just to take a VERY HIGH APPLICATION FEE- per person that they will take from you, and personally stick in there pocket. They will not get back to any of the people you list on the application, and then tell you you are denied and send you a letter for some untrue reasons why. The properties are run down and UN-kept looks like they are unwilling to pay to replace anything before you even move in. Slum LORD.... Renters beware... you may want to consider a different property manager to handle your accounts and rent your properties out for you. CARAVAN PROPERTY MANAGERS ARE the worst.
