  Hit or miss. Mostly hit with this location. Sometimes this location is really great sometimes the food comes out like a cold soggy mess. I haven't had an issue with the staff. They all seem really nice. I just wonder if the procedures that the Colorado Springs locations employ are not up to standard with other states. I have never experience this much inconsistency anywhere else I've had Carl's Jr. If this review was based on a comparison against all the other local Carl's Jrs they would have gotten a 5 star review. However, it's still a Carl's Jr and fast food.
