  Joe is an amazing trainer with a passion for helping people reach their fitness and nutrition goals. I completed the 6-week slim down program with Joe and saw amazing results. In the past, I had just tried working out at regular gyms but I never saw the results that I wanted to see. Being a busy college student, I always felt tired, unmotivated, and lacking energy. Within just a few days of starting Joe's program, I felt an immediate change in my energy levels and fatigue. I was also losing pounds and inches each week. One of my favorite things about this program is the group setting and having the support and encouragement from the other women as well as Joe. Joe is so passionate about what he does and will always give you that extra push you need to get through the workouts. He is always finding new workout ideas so that you never get bored of what you are doing and he is always there for you if you have any questions. I definitely recommend this type of workout program if you are looking to see amazing results and gain your confidence and energy back.
