  I have an ongoing Dispute with this company about the price of my rental car. The overcharge dispute is not really my main concern.
  
  The main concern is the lack of customer service. The manager Krystal gave me the worst customer service I have ever received . Bernard was working with me and is very kind. I was talking to him for over 15 minutes about a price dispute before she decided to leave her desk and come over. She didn't ask me any questions and therefore had no information on my behalf before she shut my concerns down in a condescending manner.
  
  Krystal, if someone gives you over $300 for a purchase the least you can do is be professional and say thank you.
  
  I also got dead ends with her in regards to who I could contact abover her rank to dispute my claim. As if Krystal is the owner of the company and the only person with authority... when you all are done having a power trip please contact me to settle this dispute.
