  Normally really like the food here despite slower service. Very unimpressed tonight. My burger was rare, I ordered medium well. The fries were what really annoyed me. They were limp, not crispy and grease soaked. They were hot which makes it pretty obvious they were fried, got cold and fried a second time after I placed my order. Been working food service long enough to recognize the signs. Considering the wait I had to get my food getting fresh fries should not have been a problem. When I tried to get staff to fix it I was ignored, they stood in the back talking and very pointedly pretending they couldn't see me.
