  Hit and Miss - I am doing a multi room remodel. Sometimes you get good service at this Lowe's and sometimes you just get treated poorly. Sometimes they have it in stock until you need it then it is out of stock and you have to order online - then there is a delivery charge plus they may deliver tomorrow or next week but they won't tell you when until the morning of - so sit by your phone and don't make any plans. It has been a rough 3 months dealing with this Lowe's. Use the one at the citadel crossing. Limited choices but much better staff.
