  Placed a large breakfast catering order for 150 parfaits a week in advance and was charged a lot more than I was quoted to a company credit card without permission. Two different employees, one who said he was a manager, and another who said she was the GM, authorized the agreed discount for our order. The order was confirmed with the discount the morning of, and then the GM went back on it about 20 min before scheduled pick up after she called the owner and he told her they wouldn't honor it. Worse thing about it is they said they notified me they wouldn't honor it after charging the full amount to the company credit card without authorization first. She justified it by saying it wasn't her fault and she had no control over what her boss allows and she "sent a text" explaining that before charging us whatever the full price was. When I was finally able to access my messages after the event, obviously frustrated when learning what she did, I explained that it was absolutely not okay and I expected her to honor the agreed amount immediately. She apologized for the misunderstandings, offered to refund the difference. However, the next business day when I returned to work, I learn that instead of refunding the difference, her boss had also declined to do that and instead she sent the text messages to my boss in an attempt to get me fired because my tone was "unprofessional". All of them will be reported to corporate for the incident, but if you do any catering with this location, just understand you will probably not be getting the price you agree on. Horrible business practices from three managers and won't cater from here again for our events.
