  Metro Mobility SUCKS! Most of the time, vans are ALWAYS late and NEVER on time. You spend more time waiting and less time getting to your destination. Drivers have an "I don't care, pay me." type of attitude. Customer Service is useless. You spend more time on the phone waiting, just to know when you're being picked up.
  
  If it wasn't for the elderly or people with disabilities, I guarantee you Metro Mobility would be out of a job. There's better transportation alternatives than this pathetic cab service. ✌️
