  Okay, I don't even know where to start.
  As a Puerto Rican I feel like we should be UPLIFTING each other up!
  That means LOVE and SUPPORT towards one another.
  Sadly, this establishment has made it difficult for me to uphold this.
  My family and I have visited here MANY times. We were customers since before the original owner sold to this location due to family problems.
  Back then 3-4 years ago this restaurant was a homely place with FRESH food and a nice inviting environment.
  With time this place has gone DOWN HILL! We arrived there as usual and the very unnecessary plastic place mats were DISGUSTING! DIRTY! With OLD STUCK ON FOOD! We changed to a "clean table" to find that no matter what table all the place mats were in the same condition. STICKY AND NASTY. PLEASE REMOVE THOSE! You don't need them. I had to use an entire pack of handy wipes to wipe clean the place mats at our table because I just couldn't leave them like that.
  I realize that the employees here are MINIMAL and the now owner pretty much does everything herself like "clean", cooks and hosts but come on! Its a place to EAT! ITS A PRIORITY THAT YOU CLEAN! Now to the FOOD. Sweet heart, we arrived at dinner time. We ordered a lot of food! Spent about $100.00 worth. We ordered The Mini Cuban, The Sampler, The Rotisserie Plate, The Pernil plate, a chicken soup and drinks and well as Flan.
  All our food LOOKED AND TASTED like it had been warmed up OVER AND OVER AND OVER, AGAIN AND AGAIN! The RICE WAS GOOEY and WET. The arroz con "gandules", the gandules were BLACK and shriveled up! Nothing was FRESH except the order of empanadas that they fried as we ordered. The Pernil was WASHED down like the way that they preserve it was to keep it in water. The Rotisserie was DRY and again, NOT FRESH TASTING AT ALL! And lastly, dessert. The "cheese" flan was like a BRICK of sugar did not even taste like cheese or FLAN. Flan should jiggle! If it doesn't jiggle its not FLAN! The flans all looked like they had been sitting in a fridge drying over time for I don't know what period of time. This visit was very disappointing!
  I truly hope that this restaurants takes this criticism seriously because I don't know if I will ever return here. It's sad because this place has awesome potential but, at this time its at its worst.
