  First visit to this dealership. The experience was successful under the salesmanship of Joel Ewing. He greeted us at first contact, filtered our needs, wants, and what was attainable. Drove us to a second lot to see car of interest to us. He was very easy to work with, knowledgeable, and obviously successful in his field. Was not pushy at all, did everything he could to make this purchase happen. The only glitch came when the financial piece came into play. The financial officer was moving right along. Assuring us she was looking at every option to get the very best rates and deal, which she did. The problem came when we were pushed aside for an other customer. He came in a day early for his appointment with her and somehow convinced her that he was going to be seen NOW. That left us sitting there for 2 1/2 hours until she finished with him and then brought us back to work out our deal. This seemed like an indication that the obnoxious, and yes, bigger money customer has priority. I will recommend this dealership to others because of our experience with Joel Ewing, and although the best deal was put together for us, I was very disappointed that we were made to wait, our deal put aside, while a day early walk in was addressed and served first, in the middle of our financial process.
