  Pryor Hardwood Floor Specialists were the most professional team I have ever had the pleasure to do business with. No subcontractors here - they are all employees of the company. The professionalism displayed by every Pryor employee that came into our home to do work was outstanding. I apologize for not writing down all the craftsmen's names, however, I will certainly mention a few. Our initial contact was with Brandon who came to our home and provided information and cost for the job. He answered every question we had regarding the work to be performed. Brandon even came by during the work to check if we had any questions or concerns. Mark, Senior Master Craftsman/Team Leader and Nate, Master Craftsman, showed up on the first day and was busy working in just a few minutes. During the project, Mark and Nate spent the most time in our home. They were always on time, were very courteous and cleaned the work area at the end of every work day. It did not take long to realize that Mark and Nate were experts installing hardwood floors. I got to know them well and a special thank you to Mark for his outstanding leadership and expertise. After the floors were installed, Lawrence and Kevin prepared the hardwood floors for sanding and staining. They worked like a finely oiled machine. Everything they did was perfect and well executed. Prior to sanding and staining, they covered virtually everything in the work area with protective plastic to help prevent excessive dust. Lawrence provided samples of stain colors to choose from right on the hardwood floors in front of us. He and Kevin stained the floors to a beautiful luster. For the next two days, Keith, Expert Floor Finisher, put the final touches on this amazing hardwood floor project. On at least two days, there were as many as six craftsmen working on our floors. Very reasonable project cost, highly professional craftsmen employees, trustworthy, courteous, clean and respectful. I learned from the team members that Pryor has a rich history in Colorado Springs and I hope they are around for many years to come. I am extremely satisfied and happy with the results.

  Overall, I'd say that Pryor was accommodating to our needs and design expectations (color and so forth). The guys doing the actual work did their best to please, which is commendable. Three stars? Maybe there could have been more willingness to move the fridge a bit more, just to be thorough with stain and polyurethane; some of the finish details were slightly missed; but communications about timeline were rocky, making the process harder and more emotional than it should have been. But finally, now, a year and a bit later, whatever was done to fill holes and seal the floor is coming out. I'm not inclined to call them and ask about it for the above reasons. Hence the three stars.
