  Dr. Shaw had us wait in the examine room for 30 minutes prior to seeing my daughter and myself. He was unsympathetic to the needs of my deaf daughter, he was extremely unhelpful. I will not be going back. For a doctor who treats the deaf to not assist a deaf person is unacceptable
