  Well, the first dealings were good. Lots of response from Dan to "get it right" but now that the time has come to make good on that statement I can't get a return call or any response to my un-level pool pad. It's off by a good 3-4 inches in some places.
  
  Can no longer use the gate to the backyard from the new driveway as they blocked the gate.
  
  Wish I would have spent my money with someone else.

  There are many cracks in the concrete, some the length of the patio, this patio is only 2 months old. Dan had his guy Jake come out to fixed them twice...But they are still there. Otherwise the patio looks great. Which is why I gave it a 4. I was told they will come out in Spring 2017 and reseal for free.
  
  UPDATE on free seal, After several emails and phone calls to this company, they never responded for the free seal job in spring. Tried again 2 weeks ago and the woman who answered the phone finally told me they would get back to me, they never called back. Not happy with the way they handle their business. Customer service lacks big time.
