  This was such a disappointment!! I am a partner and know closely the value of making the moment right with customers and kindly helping them through their order. When I was making my order and asked for my drink, I was told that they couldn't do it (I wanted my drink dry) and they rung me up for a wet drink (I saw on the front of the register). The cashier was abrasive and annoyed. She should have been patient and enthusiastic about talking about coffee! The baristas shout the names of the orders they've made instead of politely letting customers know and thanking them. They don't greet when you walk in and don't thank customers. Very disappointed and makes me all the more thankful for the store I work at where we prioritize what's important!
