    Local, independent business with an exceptionally friendly owner. I spent about an hour and a half discussing brewing technique s. You can buy your grains by weight and whatever quantity you need, then mill it on-site. The proprietor is knowledgeable and approachable. Don't let the first impression fool you when you walk in, it's a great place.
