    Very poor customer service today 1/17/18.
    I went in to get a small backpack. I asked the clerk behind the counter, he said "k". He and another clerk were too busy to help me look, educate me on the packs, etc. Looked through the stacks for about 5 minutes but they were to busy evidently to assist.

    Went to REI. I was greeted and asked if I needed help :)
    That is a better way to run a store.
