  Horrible management Company. I work with property managers in town all day for a living and I have not seen a group less adequate or more disrespectful. They will allow your house to rot and make promises to repair them and never deliver. They will also harass good residents who always pay on time for money after the first and only time there is a banking error and treat you with disrespect. When we moved in the carpets smelled like dog pee and the windows were installed backwards. My roof is torn to shreds and my paint is deteriorating, causing damage to the house. They have promised for three years to fix this. My shower has mold forming because they installed a window pane backwards and it leaks water. When I showed them they just re-caulked it hoping that would keep it out. We have both developed allergies and illnesses we didn't have before moving there. With the rent being so cheap I was okay to let it slide but after putting money into this house, always paying on time, and being a good resident, then having been treated so horribly for a simple banking error, I am not interested in doing business with them again. Incredibly unprofessional.
