  I had a umbilical hernia surgery today, Dr Zimmer was my surgeon & I couldn't be happier. The nurses, and facility were amazing! Does not feel like a hospital at all!

  The staff was great outside the recovery nurse. My son.is 3. Hes been potty trained for a year it slipped my mind that during surgery he may have a accident. I asked for a diaper or something and was told they dont have diapers...really? She finally came back with a diaper. My son became combative while she was doing vitals and the nurse kept shaking her head and had a look of disgust. The comment that really upset me was "so why did ge have to.have all this dental work are his teeth not brushed?" I said " no, he has reflux. The acid from reflux has destroyed his back teeth" she says " I know what reflux is, lve just never heard of it causing tooth decay, l will have to talk to the Dr about that one" she was just so rude and condescending. Which really suck because everyone else was so nice and helpful. He had zero bedside manners with my son. We left feeling like we were an inconvenience and had in some way ruined her day by our son needing post operative care. I WONT be back. I will find somewhere else to to my kids should we need outpatient surgery again
