  The management was awesome here. I lived only 6 months in an end unit and both my girlfriend and I miss the apartment. We had the smallest type of unit and that was cozy for two of us. Alyssa was our landlord and she was great. Always helpful and military friendly. The interior carpets are new. The kitchen was beautiful and updated. The bathroom was also updated. I always look for bathroom and kitchen. Comcast is easily connected. The patios were nice and had a great sunset view but we didn't use it much for anything other than storage. We only had MINOR maintenance issues like a dripping faucet or light bulbs and those were always fixed within 24 hours. Yes it's near the soup kitchen but with the gated access we were never bothered. Do yourself a favor and check this place out. Hopefully there's a spot!
