  I couldn't be more disappointed in this store. Don't try to return/exchange any clothes you buy from here because they will not do it. Spent hundreds of dollars on clothes for my niece's birthday to find out the clothes don't fit as well as preferred. I didn't have a receipt but, most places will let you exchange the item/s. Also, while I'm at it, I've bought clothes from here in the past and these clothes fade and fall apart after the first wash (I guess that should have made me avoid them in the first place).

  I have a great shopping experience at this Carter’s each time I go shopping for clothes for my two children. They always have a great selection and the prices are reasonable. The staff is always very welcoming and helpful when I need help finding a specific size of an item.
