  My boyfriend and I have lived here for almost 3 years. We love the area, and have never experienced bad relations with the office ladies. The location is tucked away, so the noise level isn't too bad unless you have rowdy neighbors. My main complaints are the parking, and the general upkeep with maintenance.
  
  First, parking was never an issue when a towing service was in place. Residents were on a first come first serve basis, not including the covered parking. Now it is so hard to find parking because family/friends of other tenants would take all the available spots. There are not enough general parking spots for the number of apartments per building in each section.
  
  Secondly, the floor plans and amenities need to be updated. Everything feels so outdated, and the touch up repairs are not permanent fixes. I've never had a problem with maintenance; the guys have always been very respectful, but I feel that they can only do so much due to restrictions from management.
  
  Overall, we are happy where we live, but we do believe that Centerpointe has a long way to go to accommodate their residents.

  I would like to say that I have been here almost 2 years and am more than happy with not only my apartment itself but also the location and mainly the staff, that keep everything running on a daily basis.
  
  Anytime I have had to request maintenance they have serviced my apartment either the same day or the next business day, (which is a surprise to me, as I am not used to this sort of quick attention). The manager, Theresa, and her assistant, Shelley, are always pleasant and attentive when I walk into their office, no matter what time of day.
  
  I have no complaints about living here at Centerpointe and feel fortunate to be living here! There are many conveniences nearby as well as a park for me to walk with my dog right down the street. It is due to the caring office staff/management, (and maintenance staff), that want me to call this place my home.
  
  Overall, extremely attentive management, love my apartment and I am proud to live here!
