  We could not have asked for a better team of people to sell our house, Jeremy and Nolan and their whole team are the best. They sold our house in one day for full asking price. When we moved out and out of state before it went on the market, WOW is all I can say they took care of everything. They go well beyond what that have to make the process as easy as possible.

  If you're looking for the best real estate group in Colorado Springs, you've found it. My wife and I were in a pickle last summer when the home we were renting for years was put on the market. We had a short amount of time to find a new home within our price range.
  
  Kathi did an amazing job!
  
  Although I'm sure she was juggling dozens of other prospective buyers and sellers, we felt like we were her number one priority (and I'm sure her other customers felt that way as well).
  
  She was attentive to our needs, only wanted what was best for us, quick to arrange showings, flexible and generous with her time, helped walk us through the entire process as first-time homeowners, and had the added touch of sincere empathy, keeping us cool, collected and encouraged when offers fell through.
  
  These guys are so good, in fact, that my wife's parents and two of her three sisters have found and purchased homes through Circa Real Estate Group.
  
  Give them a call. I promise you won't find a better realtor in town!
