  I have been living in this area for over 10 years. My dogs turned the outside hose on low and I didn't catch it in time paid a huge water bill thinking we are good. Of course this happens in January and they average the last 2 months to determine the amount you will pay monthly for the year. My payments went from $10 - if that a month to over $50 because of a mistake. I get it, they put it into the newsletter to watch your water usage, stuff happens. There has to be a better way, now I feel like I am paying sewage for 5 families. They need to look at history, not once has my sewage been this high. Very disappointing they won't work with you on this and it is what it is for a year. Let my mistake be a lesson to you all, this is very frustrating.
