  Doctors are great, Compass Health Customer service is nearly the worst I have ever encountered... They never answer their phones, don't call you back and seem to have 1 lady dealing with billing problems. Wish I could switch to a different provider and would if there was more availability in Colorado Springs...
  
  When I attempted to respectfully communicate my dissatisfaction with customer service to the customer service manager, he immediately responded that it was my opinion only and his only job was to solve my problem, not provide customer service. Truly one of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with...
