  I would not wish Creekstone on my WORST enemy.
  
  Do not be fooled by the positive reviews, its a lie. Most of the reviews are written by realtors who are *selling* Creekstone homes for a 4% commission.
  
  We built a house with Creekstone in 2013 and it was a complete nightmare. We were lied to over and over again and less then 3 years later, our Creekstone house is falling apart. They cut corners EVERYWHERE and once you've closed and Creekstone is paid, that's the last you'll hear from these people.
  
  Three years later, we STILL have outstanding warranty issues/problems that were never fixed. Creekstone would create a work order, send it to the subs and then never follow up. The sub-contractors simply ignore the work orders.
  
  When I spoke with the few subs that actually showed up, the story I heard over and over was that Creekstone had not paid them in months and they were behind getting paid for multiple jobs, which is why they weren't fixing our issues.
  
  I have never seen a more disorganized builder. They build D- quality houses and try to pass them off as A+ quality.

  This NOT an ethical builder. I sold them two semi custom kitchen cabinets that are now showcased in two of their models and it was agonizing to get them to pay. And when they did pay, it was jus for one kitchen. Regarding the payment on the second kitchen (which was delivered to them in May (it is now close to Oct!) they have said "check is in the mail" and now they are NOT even returning our calls or responding to our emails. Unfortunately, we are going to have to send this to collections..
  If they treat their business partners like this......I can only imagine how they will treat a home buyer! Buyers beware!
