The customer service is high and the staff is very knowledgeable. I LOVE the new office they have, it's modern and very organized in side with an open waiting area that transitions to a welcoming desk and then an area for glasses. I have successfully recommended them to 5 of my friends and they now go to Executive Eye Care as the quality, prices and service can't be beat. Highly Recommend.
- Russ McKeelJan, 04 2018★ ★ ★ ★ ★I've had great service for the twenty-plus years I've been a patient of Dr. Gales. Today, however, was an notable exception — it was 'above and beyond' great! My son had an emergency-type concern, and it was a Sunday. His normal clinic wasn't open and didn't answer their 'emergency line,' so I called Executive Park and Dr. Gales was on call. He opened up their facility and gave my son a thorough exam and answered a lot of 'what ifs.' Thanks, Dr. Gales!!
