  Just wanted to share with my experience today with Eye Associates of Colorado Springs. I had an appointment with DR Barad for an annual eye exam today at 0650. September. I arrived on time and was the only one in the waiting room at 0650. Around 0700 a new patient arrived and were processing their paper work. At 0715 the new arrival was call in by a nurse. I was still waiting. I checked at the receptionist and informed me it would be another 15 minutes before I would be seen.
  Their incompetence at scheduling and total disregard for peoples time is unacceptable.
  I am looking else where

  My husband had a great experience with Dr. Smetana and his staff. They are all so professional and kind. That goes a LONG WAY in our book
