  Pompous, inconsiderate, and in the wrong business. With a flooded insurance market you’d think and expect at least a somewhat courteous experience. Don’t waste you time with these clowns.

  Mark is very knowledgeable, professional, and an asset to his customers. If you're looking for insurance or looking to change I would recommend giving Mark a call. In the prior review, the person is expecting the insurance agent to write a check which does not happen. There is a claims process that's handled with an adjuster only after a thorough investigation has been completed. The agent has no control over this.
