  I used their website to create an order and upload a file for poster-sized printing. My file was in .svg (scalable vector graphics) format, which their website said could be used. I received a call from this office telling me that they didn't know how to open the file, so I needed to convert it to a .jpg or .pdf. Reluctantly, I converted it to a .jpg, and specifically asked them to let me know if it was not a high enough resolution to print cleanly at the size I was requesting.
  
  Like an idiot, when I picked up the poster, I did not check it. Unfortunately, the image on the poster is very pixelated, and not very good at all - a higher resolution .jpg OR the original .svg file would not have had this issue. Due to the incompetence of the staff at this office, I now have a poster I'm unhappy with, that I wasted $40 on.
