  Watched them put potato salad and macaroni salad from a store bought container into styrofoam containers they were selling. While I saw a smoker out back, there were no options on the brisket (I.e., sliced, etc) and based on the flavor and the observations with the sides, I suspect there is some "cheating" going on with the meat too. Not impressed at all. Staff was nice.
