  I was very disappointed with my experience at Four Seasons Dental. While the staff was always friendly, they were unable to provide the service that I had requested. I wanted a retainer made to help shift one of my teeth forward. I have had a few other dentists make me retainers over the years without issue. When I asked this of Four Seasons Dental they said it was no problem and they took impressions. The first retainer was made and was a terrible fit and applied absolutely no pressure to the tooth needed. I then called back and they made me an appointment to have another made. I went in in mid November for this appointment and by Dec. 27 I still had not heard from them regarding the retainer being ready. I called there for several weeks and their phone system was not working properly, I could not even leave a message. Finally, I got through one day after calling four times. The front desk lady said that others had been reporting the same problem, too. She apologized and said she would look into the retainer and call me the following day. Two days later she called and said my retainer was ready to be picked up. I promptly went to get the retainer however they gave me the absolute worst retainer I have ever seen (I have worked in dental previously). Even the front desk women said that It was terrible. It was jagged at the top, paper thin/brittle, very loose fit, and again, applied zero pressure to the tooth needed. They offered to redo it for free, however I said no thank you because I have little confidence that they have the ability to produce what I wanted...a simple retainer...and it would be another waste of my time.
  I hate to write a negative review for a practice and dentist that are so new, however, this was an absolute terrible experience. Even my routine cleaning was weird. They don't have dividers for the rooms (all out in the open), there was still dirt on the seat from the last patient, the dentist cleaned my teeth, and the dental assistant was very shy and nervous when flossing/polishing my teeth....making me feel very uncomfortable. I do wish them the best, however I will not be a patient of theirs.
