  Job has not even been done yet and I'm already irritated. First of all they will not email me a estimate. They told me the one time I was able to get ahold of them that it was sent. No it wasn't. We have a date to do the floors. Which is today. I can not get these guys to call back to verify the appt. I have called many many times and left messages every time. There has been zero call backs. This is very unprofessional. If this is how they run the business I don't want them any where near my home. Oh by the way there is one star because the sight made me. They deserve a negative 5 stars.
