  If you're thinking of having the so-called experts at this location assist you with your tax returns you're better off doing it yourself. We have spent over a month trusting that they would be able to assist us with a fixing a small tax error that was made a few years back with a previous filing. We had a deadline to meet, but ended up requesting for multiple extensions because they could never seem to get it done. Not only was two weeks wasted bc the first person who handled it was out, but they also failed to pass it on so it can be expedited. Once it was passed on...we were told that it would get done and a follow up would be done for additional info. Of course that hardly happened,and it took forever to get ahold of the person who was now handling it. One would think that for the amount of money they are charging they would be more competent, diligent and keep to their promises. After about a month or so they finally got to my request. Spent maybe a few days on the amendment. A few days out of the the month or so that they wasted even when the matter was pretty urgent. a few hundred dollars later and they still made a mistake. So please do yourself the favor and do not use their service. We have never experienced such horrible service.
