  Wife and I have eaten here several times, it's close to our house and more importantly, delicious. My wife is Japanese, as in from Japan Japanese & I live there for nine years. Jei is our favorite Sushi restaurant in Colorado Springs because the fish is fresh, the rice is good, the miso is quality and the pieces are crafted with skill. The best part about Jei Sushi is the atmosphere, this is an incredibly welcoming & warm restaurant ran by an awesome family and their friends. Can't recommend this place enough.

  Jei Sushi is a great place to enjoy sushi and many Japanese dishes. I tried the Poke Bowl and it was delicious, made fresh right in front of you. The wait staff and management are super friendly. I think I saw a sign in the restaurant that said come as strangers, leave as friends. That's the kind of service you get at Jei Sushi! We've been coming back ever since!
