  Not very happy.
  
  Children's eye center is great. Just for kids eyewear could use some training on billing and not telling their customers "the latest we will have them ready is Tuesday", then on Tuesday saying they aren't ready.
  
  First pair of glasses made US (the consumer) figure out why insurance wasn't covering the glasses and attempted to put a collection in our name because insurance wasn't covering them. That being said every conversation I have had with said insurance company was "they are completely covered" included with email correspondence from them saying the same.
  
  Second pair of glasses told us they would be ready for pick up on Tuesday, June 20th. When we called on June 20th we were told "they aren't ready and we don't know when they will be without calling the lab."
  
  Explained it's stupid because we were told they would be ready today at the latest. Then we were told "it won't even be today because we've already gotten our shipment."
  
  Thouroghly disappointed. Tried to give them a couple shots because they're attached to my sons eye doctor but the service is horrible.
