  If you want to use a deadbeat appraisal service who won't complete the job, and then wont return dozens of calls, this is the appraisal service for you. They worked a claim we handled for Philadelphia Insurance, and after sending supplements back to us never sent them to the insurance company. We have been waiting for 5 months to try to settle this as we are owed $2000, yet have been completely ignored by this company. They have not even returned the insurance company's phone calls. I am not even positive if they exist, or are even still on this earth as they have done absolutely nothing. Don't waste as much time as we have, get a real appraisal company.
