  First off, shout out to the rude receptionist. I missed a call from them and called back immediately, before receiving a voice mail alert. The receptionist told me, "Your pickup is ready, but if you had listened to the message we left, you would have saved 30 seconds." If you knew etiquette, you'd have saved a customer.
  I went in to ask for the office manager's number and was given the front desk number...
  
  I've always found help here, and while some of the reception staff are pleasant, this lady was extremely rude and is the source of my choice to find a new medical group.
  
  Some of the doctors are apathetic, but if you just need a checkup or basic prescription, go for it.
