  Poor customer service made me leave before getting any actual dentistry done. Website is a waste of time (links don't work so can't get info). I actually had to call 3-4 times before getting an appt since office employees don't bother to return phone calls. I get there and clerk acts as if she's never handled Humana insurance before and didn't seem interested in helping clarify that I do have Humana PPO (Humana failed to properly clarify on their end as well), then talked to me as if I didn't know what I was talking about and didn't want to bother to make any real effort to clarify the issue. Was so frustrated I had to leave without getting any dentistry work done even though I have serious dental issues. If dentists employ indifferent office help how can I have faith in their services?
