  I graduated from Paragon in 2014. I now am running a successful food truck. Not only did my cooking skill exponentially grow, I learned how to successfully run a business, manage food costs, develop par lists for best pricing, pair wines with different cuisines (my favorite!), fix dishes when something goes wrong, AND studied many Chefs from a historical perspective for inspiration (starting with Chef Taillevent in 1373!). Outstanding training, and more similar to real world kitchens (which I've worked in as well) than book work!
