    I am a veterinarian who has been consulting with Dr. Gaynor for almost 2 years now, usually regarding senior pain management. His guidance has expanded my knowledge and success in treating my veterinary patients tremendously, and every time I've hit a wall with any of my patients, he comes up with a new and novel approach to their specific problem and has gotten us through that "wall" every single time. I hold Dr. Gaynor in the highest regard, and if his clinic were close to mine, I would be sending him 3-4 patients every day for the finest pain management I've ever seen in veterinary medicine. His belief is that in this day and age, with so many different approaches to pain management available to us (acupuncture, therapeutic laser, electromagnetic pulse therapy, joint supplements, hydrotherapy and swim therapy, weight loss, herbal therapy, not to mention extremely advanced medications now available to us) , no senior pet should ever have to be put to sleep due to unmanageable pain.
